The licenses of psychologists shall be renewed every three (3) years based on continuing education, as established in the Continuing Education Regulations approved for such purposes by the Board.\nThe license renewal fees shall be sixty dollars ($60). Once the professional has [met] the requirements stipulated in the continuing education regulations, the Board shall issue a new license that will legally authorize the applicant to practice his profession for the three (3) subsequent years.\nHistory —June 4, 1983, No. 96, p. 246, § 15; June 22, 2000, No. 105, § 1, eff. 30 days after June 22, 2000.
