The Board is hereby authorized to provide through regulations the conditions and requirements that it deems necessary and convenient to establish reciprocity agreements on the granting of licenses without examination directly with the states and territories of the United States or any foreign country that may have requirements for obtaining a psychologist’s license similar to those established by this chapter, and in which a similar concession is provided for those licensed by this Board.\nHistory —June 4, 1983, No. 96, p. 246, § 16, eff. 90 days after June 4, 1983.
