The professional counselors shall be required to renew their license every three (3) years, and to include in their application for renewal the payment of fees to the Department of Treasury, as established by the Board through regulations. Each professional shall include evidence with his/her application for renewal of having completed a minimum of forty-five (45) hours of continuing education related to the areas specified in subsection (f) of § 3247 of this title.\nHistory —Aug. 9, 2002, No. 147, § 11.
