The regulations shall provide for that which has not been covered by this chapter, including all which concerns the functions, duties and procedures of all its bodies and officials; calls to regular and special meetings; fees for nonresident actors or actor candidates; dates, quorums, formats and requirements for the general assemblies and sessions of the Board of Directors; election of officers, standing committees, budgets or investment of funds and disposition of the Association’s assets, and the term of all positions, declaration of vacancies and how they shall be filled.\nHistory —July 15, 1986, No. 134, p. 423, § 20, eff. 60 days after July 15, 1986.
