The Board shall issue licenses to practice the diagnostic imaging and treatment radiologic technologist profession to any person who has satisfactorily [passed] theoretical and practical exams offered by the Board, paid the fees established in this chapter and met any other requirements established by regulations.\nOnce the license is issued, every professional shall have the obligation and responsibility of placing his/her license in a conspicuous place at his/her clinical workplace, and copy thereof in all places where said professional renders his/her services.\nHistory —Apr. 12, 2006, No. 76, § 13, eff. 90 days after Apr. 12, 2006.
