The Board shall exempt from the revalidation examination requirement every diagnostic imaging and treatment radiologic technologist candidate who, after meeting all the requirements established in § 3362 of this title, shows attesting evidence of having [passed] the examination offered by entities in the United States of America that grant licenses through an examination for the practice of the profession and its modalities.\nHistory —Apr. 12, 2006, No. 76, § 18, eff. 90 days after Apr. 12, 2006.
