The Board shall grant certificates without examination to practice any specialty or subspecialty in Puerto Rico. Said certificates may be granted to those diagnostic imaging and treatment radiologic technologists who, at the time of the approval of this act, meet the education and experience requirements of the Board, according to the powers granted thereto by the provisions of this chapter.
