The initial appointments of the Board members shall be made in the following manner: two (2) for a term of two (2) years, three (3) for a term of three (3) years. Subsequent appointments shall be made for a term of four (4) years. The members of the Board shall hold office until their successors are appointed and take office.\nThe vacancies that may occur in the Board shall be filled in the same manner that the original appointments are made.
