The Governor may remove any member of the Board for immoral conduct, violations of this chapter, manifest inefficiency or negligence in the performance of his duties, conviction of a felony or misdemeanor that implies moral depravation or for any other justified cause, after due notice and hearing.\nHistory —June 4, 1987, No. 24, p. 69, § 6.
