The Board of Examiners of the Emergency Medical Technicians of Puerto Rico, henceforth the Board, is hereby created, attached to the Health Professionals Regulation and Certification Office of the Department of Health. The Board and the Department of Health shall establish the mechanisms for consultation and coordination and shall adopt the agreements needed to perform their respective functions, related to the regulation and certification of emergency medical technicians.\nHistory —Dec. 25, 2002, No. 310, § 1.
