The Board may deny, suspend or revoke the license granted to practice as an emergency medical technician upon due notice and hearing to any person who:\n(a) Has obtained the license through fraud or deceit [or error of the Board].\n(b) Is convicted of a felony or any crime that implies moral turpitude.\n(c) Is declared to be mentally unqualified by a competent court or medical expert, in which case the person may be reinstated as soon as the person is again declared qualified.\n(d) Incurs some sort of negligence and/or crime in the performance of his/her functions.\nHistory —Dec. 25, 2002, No. 310, § 15.
