The license renewal criteria shall be subject to the analysis and determination of the Board, with the advice of the groups representing the planners. Any person who wishes to renew his/her license shall meet the following requirements:\n(a) Submit the renewal application before the Board.\n(b) Meet the continuing education requirement that the Examining Board of Professional Planners of Puerto Rico prescribes by regulations.\n(c) Renew the license every four (4) years.\n(d) The license renewal service charge shall be seventy-five dollars ($75).\n(e) The proceeds shall be deposited in the Examining Board’s Special Fund.\nHistory —Aug. 23, 1996, No. 160, § 10; Apr. 6, 2015, No. 48, § 1, eff. 180 days after Apr. 6, 2015.
