Pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, every professional planner shall acquire a public seal, which shall have his/her license number, and shall be stamped on each working document prepared or revised by said planner.\nThrough his/her signature and subject to the provisions of this chapter, the professional planner is responsible for his/her work and ensures that the planning process that was used in the creation of said document is compatible with the generally accepted principles in the profession.\nHistory —Aug. 23, 1996, No. 160, § 14, renumbered as § 15 on Sept. 15, 2004, No. 291, § 2.
