For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meaning stated below:\n(a) Examining Board. — Means the Professional Planners Examining Board of Puerto Rico.\n(b) College. — Means the Puerto Rico Professional Planner College.\n(c) Commonwealth. — Means the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.\n(d) Professional planner. — Means a person holding a valid license issued by the Professional Planners Examining Board to engage in the practice of Professional Planning, pursuant to the provisions of §§ 3501—3515 of this title.\nHistory —Apr. 30, 2008, No. 51, § 2.
