Professional planners who hold a license to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, pursuant to the applicable requirements set forth in §§ 3501—3515 of this title, and in the Examining Board’s regulations, are hereby authorized to assemble into a legal entity under the name 'Puerto Rico Professional Planner College', and if they should so decide pursuant to the directives of this chapter, they may provide that said College be legally constituted, to fulfill the objectives, functions and powers established under this chapter.\nThe official seat of the College shall be located in the Metropolitan Area of San Juan, Puerto Rico.\nHistory —Apr. 30, 2008, No. 51, § 3.
