The College shall have the power to establish, after having consulted with the Examining Board and ratification at the General Assembly, a Code of Ethics that shall govern the conduct of all professional planners in Puerto Rico.\nThis section shall be interpreted in consonance with § 3504(j) of this title, in order for the Code established herein to be the framework of reference for the Committee on Ethics that appoints the Examining Board that shall address these matters.\nHistory —Apr. 30, 2008, No. 51, § 7.
