All documents issued within the course of the practice of the planning profession and certified before the corresponding government agency shall have affixed a stamp, to be adopted and issued by the Puerto Rico Professional Planner College, for a value of five dollars ($5) or of one dollar ($1) for each [one] thousand [dollars] ($1,000) over the value of the professional work, whichever amount is greater. Said stamp shall be affixed by the professionals responsible for the original document and filed with any government agency; these stamps shall be deemed to have been affixed in any entity other of the Government of Puerto Rico.\nHistory —Apr. 30, 2008, No. 51, § 9.
