Professional planners shall be entitled to object the use of their membership fees or other contributions by the College to conduct activities to further political-partisan, ideological, sectarian, unionist, religious, sexist, racist or classist interests. For such purposes, the College shall structure in its bylaws a procedure that is simple and easy to implement for any person who wishes to object, pursuant to the applicable constitutional parameters.\nHistory —Apr. 30, 2008, No. 51, § 16.
