The Registry of Geologists shall contain a list with a correlative numbering of the licenses granted authorizing the practice of the profession of geologist. The following information shall be included in said registry:\n(a) Name, age, and postal and residential addresses of the professional registered in the same;\n(b) date of application for registration;\n(c) registration number of the application, and, subsequently, the license number;\n(d) description of academic studies and professional experience of the applicant;\n(e) date on which the Board took corresponding action on the application;\n(f) signature of the person admitted to the practice of the profession, who shall consign the same when issued the license, and\n(g) any other information determined by the Board through regulations.\nHistory —Aug. 23, 1996, No. 163, § 8.
