Any person who aspires to exercise the practice of nuclear medicine technology shall meet the following requirements:\n(a) File a duly sworn application with the Board filled out in the printed form provided by said body.\n(b) Be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.\n(c) Be a resident of Puerto Rico at the time the application is filed.\n(d) Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from an institution approved by an accrediting agency recognized in Puerto Rico or from an equivalent foreign university or school duly accredited and recognized by the Board.\n(e) Present a copy of the graduation diploma and the certification issued by the school or university indicating that all graduation requirements were satisfactorily met.\n(f) Present a health certificate evincing that the person enjoys good health.\n(g) Present a certificate of good conduct issued by the Puerto Rico Police.\n(h) [Present] evidence of having passed the examination offered by the Board or an equivalent examination, as provided in this chapter or the regulations of the Board.\n(i) Pay the fees provided in the regulations of the Board.\nHistory —Aug. 8, 1998, No. 205, § 8.
