A license shall be issued to:\n(a) Any person who at the time of approval of this act, is able to prove and document having passed the certification examination to obtain the corresponding certification from the 'NMTCB.' Said person must also comply with the provisions of subsections (a), (b), (c), (f), (g) and (i) of § 4007 of this title.\n(b) Any person who complies with the provisions of subsections (a), (b), (c), (f), (g) and (i) of § 4007 of this title and is able to prove and document having practiced as [a] nuclear medicine technologist before the year 1978, the year in which the first Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology was granted.\n(c) The license must be publicly posted at the workplace of the person to whom it has been issued.\nHistory —Aug. 8, 1998, No. 205, § 10.
