(a) No person may practice, nor offer to practice as [a] nuclear medicine technologist unless he/she holds a license pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.\n(b) Any person practicing the profession of nuclear medicine technologist without a license issued by the Board shall be deemed in violation of this chapter and shall be subject to the administrative sanctions provided by the Board in its regulations.\n(c) Any natural or juridical person, or any government agency or corporation, as well as their agents or directors who violate any provision of this chapter or of the regulations approved by the Board, be it by acting independently, jointly or in conspiracy with others, shall be sanctioned as provided by this chapter, regardless of the provisions of any other applicable law or regulations.\nHistory —Aug. 8, 1998, No. 205, § 15.
