Roof waterproofing, coating, and repair services contractors. — All persons who offer, because of their education and/or experience, and has [sic] developed a specialized knowledge in evaluating, quoting, designing, altering, installing, coating, repairing, waterproofing, insulating and maintaining roofs, in the industrial, business and residential areas.
