The license shall a renewed every three (3) years on or before its expiration date. The candidate shall fill out the renewal application and shall remit it with a payment of twenty-five dollars ($25). After the information has been validated, the Board may extend a new license which shall legally empower the applicant to practice for the three (3) following years, provided that he or she does not violate the law or the regulations applicable to his/her case.\nHistory —Sept. 1, 2000, No. 281, § 11.
