Any member who fails to pay his/her fees shall be considered as a passive member without right to voice nor vote for a period of time that shall be established in the regulations, and once this period is over, he shall be suspended as a College member after prior notice to the Examining Board but can be reinstated upon the payment of what he owes on account of dues.
