The members of the Board shall be entitled to per diems of fifty dollars ($50) for each day or fraction thereof that they attend the meetings of the Board. They shall also be entitled to reimbursement for travel expenses necessarily incurred to carry out their functions in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Department of the Treasury.
