The following fees shall be paid through a mail or bank money order, or certified check, drawn to the order of the Secretary of the Treasury:(a) Revalidation examination and license $ 50.00 (b) License by reciprocity 100.00 (c) Reexamination 50.00 (d) Duplicate license 15.00 (e) Recertification 50.00The funds generated by the fees established in this section shall be covered into the Health Fund and shall be destined by the Secretary for the sole use of the Board.
