Any license issued by the Board shall expire three (3) years after being issued. Application for its renewal must be submitted to the Secretary of the Board at least thirty (30) days before the date of expiration of said license.The Board shall renew the license of a histologic technician or a histotechnologist without their having to take an additional examination when they meet the following requirements:(a) File a duly completed application with the Board in the document provided by the Board for such a purpose.(b) Pay the fees provided in the regulations of the Board.(c) Present evidence of having taken continuous education courses, as established in the regulations of the Board.
