No person who is not a member of the College can practice the profession of physicians’ aide in Puerto Rico, and if he does practice it, he shall be subject to the penalties provided in § 19 of this Act. History —May 15, 1943, No. 174, p. 622, § 3, eff. 90 days after May 15, 1943.
