All persons admitted to practice the profession of physicians’ aide in Puerto Rico pursuant to the provisions of §§ 341—353 of this title, and who fulfill the duties fixed for them by §§ 341—353 of this title, shall be members of the College of Physicians’ Aides of Puerto Rico.
