Any member who does not pay his [dues] but who is, in all other respects, classified as a member shall be suspended as such member but may be reinstated upon the payment of what he owes for that reason. History —May 15, 1943, No. 174, p. 622, § 10, eff. 90 days after May 15, 1943.
