The following terms shall have the meaning expressed hereinbelow:(a) Council.— Shall mean the Puerto Rico Council on Education.(b) Profession and trade accreditation and regulatory organizations of Puerto Rico.— Shall mean all the organizations, whether attached or not to the Government of Puerto Rico, that regulate, accredit, or license the practice of any profession or trade in Puerto Rico.
