The Board, in collaboration with pharmaceutical professional organizations and educational institutions, shall adopt by regulations, the pharmacy practice guidelines, which shall include the norms or standards to provide pharmaceutical services of quality, based on the responsibilities and functions of the profession of pharmacy that are in harmony with the provisions of this chapter.
