Any investigative and adjudicative procedure by the Secretary that arises under the provisions of this chapter, as well as the imposition and amount of administrative fines imposed for the violation thereof and the judicial review of final decisions made by the Secretary shall be governed by that which is established in §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico'.
