The Chemists Examining Board of Puerto Rico, attached to the Department of State and henceforth designated as 'the Board', is hereby created to regulate the practice of the profession of chemist with the duties and faculties provided hereinafter. History —June 4, 1983, No. 97, p. 257, § 3.
