The persons appointed to form part of the Board must be of legal age, have resided in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico for a period of not less than five (5) years prior to their appointment, have at least five (5) years of experience in the practice of the profession of chemist and be active members of the College of Chemists of Puerto Rico.
