The Board of Examiners of Chemists shall renew the license of every chemist to whom the Board has previously issued a license to practice the profession of chemist in Puerto Rico based on a Continuing Education Program to be implemented in consultation with the College of Chemists.The Board shall establish the necessary requirements and mechanisms for the renewal of the license, which shall be renewed three (3) years, after being issued or renewed [sic].
