Any member who does not pay his dues but who is in all other respects qualified to be a member of the College shall be suspended as such member, but can be reinstated upon the payment of what he owes for that reason. History —May 9, 1941, No. 153, p. 926, § 9, eff. 90 days after May 9, 1941.
