The College of Chemists of Puerto Rico shall have the following obligations:(1) To cooperate in the improvement of the profession;(2) to contribute to the advancement of chemistry in Puerto Rico and of the arts and industries connected therewith;(3) to issue the reports and render the opinions asked from it by the Government;(4) to defend the rights and immunities of chemists;(5) to promote fraternal relations between its members, and(6) to maintain strict professional ethics among its members.
