All optometrists or certified optometrists shall be bound to display a copy of their Doctor of Optometry diploma, of their license, their certificate of college membership, as well as their certificate for the use of cycloplegic agents and topical anesthesia for refractive purposes, in a visible, public place within view of their clients, wherever they practice their profession.
