Those persons to whom the Board of Examiners of Optometrists of Puerto Rico has issued a license to practice the profession of optometry in Puerto Rico, pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 80 of June 26, 1964, and who comply with the duties prescribed in this chapter, shall be members of the College.
