The future and decisions of the College shall be governed, in the first place, by the valid resolutions and agreements of its General Assembly; and in the second place, by the valid agreements and decisions of the Board of Directors regarding all matters not pertaining to the Assembly, and which fall within the general and incidental scope of those administrative powers and functions which generally correspond to the ministerial duties of the Board of Directors.
