The Board of Directors of the College shall consist of a president, a first vicepresident, a second vicepresident, a secretary, an assistant secretary, a treasurer, an assistant treasurer, as well as a representative of each of the senatorial districts in Puerto Rico. These officials shall hold office for a term of two (2) years. The immediately preceding president of the College shall be an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors until replaced by the next outgoing president, but he/she shall only have the right to a voice, but not to vote. The president and both vicepresidents shall be elected by the members by mail, following the procedure provided by the College through regulations.
