Those persons authorized to practice the profession of optician in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are hereby constituted as a juridical entity or quasi-public corporation under the name of Opticians Association of Puerto Rico, with headquarters in the city of San Juan, as long as it is so approved by the majority of same in a referendum, as set forth further on within this chapter.
