The tutorial program shall be designed and developed in due form and manner to be compatible with and complementary to the formal training courses offered by medical schools in Puerto Rico which are duly accredited by the Council on Higher Education and by the Medical Education Liaison Committee whose courses are authorized by the Board of Medical Examiners.
