The Board of Medical Examiners shall require proof of periodic evaluation and direct supervision of the graduates who avail themselves of the tutorial program pursuant to the regulations it establishes. It shall, likewise, in consultation with the Department of Health perform a census of graduates of medical schools who have not been validated and qualify for the benefits of the tutorial program.
