Medical school graduates who practice medicine in violation of any of the provisions of §§ 55—55g of this title and Act No. 22 of April 22, 1931 which regulate the practice of medicine shall be doing so illegally and shall be subject to the same sanctions as any other person to whom the provisions of Section 9 of said act apply.
