During the process of collecting and publishing the data authorized in §§ 56—56e of this title, and the publication of the same, the B.M.E. shall inform the medical professional that he/she has the option of refusing to provide the information required in subsections (f), (g) and (h) [of § 56a of this title], inclusive.
