The B.M.E. is hereby authorized to adopt those standards and regulations deemed necessary to implement §§ 56—56e of this title following the procedure established in §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico'.
