The Board shall keep a journal of all its proceedings, an archive and a registry wherein shall be entered the names and addresses of those persons to whom it may issue a license, with the number and the date thereof, as well as the refusal, suspension and revocation of same. This registry shall be open to the public during working hours.The Board shall submit an annual report to the Governor of the work performed by it.
